This facility is extremely clean and well maintained. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper glove use, hair restraints and food handling techniques observed. Time as a control is used for sliced tomatoes and lettuce, time indicated on containers. Eradico Pest Control, a licensed operator, services this facility monthly. No pest activity observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
