Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was clean and well organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. Proper glove use, hand washing and hair restraint observed. Temperatures log kept twice daily. Proper thawing in WIC. There are no violations to report at this time.
