6-501.111 (C)/CONTROLLING PESTS Evidence of pests as demonstrated by drain fly activity and full fly tape was observed in the dish washing and mop sink areas. Provide proper pest control by trapping or otherwise controlling pest problems on a continual basis. Clean up all pest activity evidence and increase control activities. Correct By: 17-Feb-2017 Action Taken: The facility has adequately controled the pest problem.
