Priority Item Corrected During Inspection THE DISPLAY COOLER NEXT TO THE PIZZA TABLE WAS FOUND TO HAVE AN AMBIENT TEMPERATURE OF 55F BY THERMOCOUPLE. A CREAMER IN THIS UNIT WAS MEASURED AT 52F BY THERMOCOUPLE.
KEEP ALL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS AT 41F OR BELOW AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT DURING COOKING. CHECK TEMPERATURES OF COOLING UNITS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE OPERATING PROPERLY.
Action Taken: ALL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS WERE MOVED FROM THIS COOLER TO THE SMALL WALK-IN COOLER. KEEP ALL FOODS IN THIS UNIT UNTIL THE DISPLAY COOLER CAN HOLD FOODS AT PROPER TEMPERATURES. Correct By: 27-Aug-2015
