Facility is clean and organized.
All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
Observed proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints.
All food is from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination.
Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used.
Observed proper date marking.

There are no violations to cite and no need for a follow up at this time.
