The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. COVID-19 health policy is in place. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. All hot/cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone at time of inspection. Employee demonstrated proper heating methods and cook off temperatures. Observed proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
