The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. COVID-19 health policy is in place. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. Observed proper hand washing and glove use, as well as face masks being worn. Excellent sanitation methods for all food contact surfaces. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
