Repair dishwasher to allow a proper concentration reading of 200ppm to 400ppm. Use 3-compartment sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize utensils and dishes until dishwasher is properly repaired. No mice were observed in the mouse traps. No evidence of mice or pests were observed at time of inspection. Remove or relocate this device so that it is not over any food prep area. Action Taken: PIC discarded noted items. |
