The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. COVID-19 health policy is in place. Facility is clean and well organized. Observed excellent hygiene practices. Observed proper cooling methods via speed cooling rack being placed in the walk in cooler. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Sanitizer is EPA approved. Certified food manager has been updated. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
