This establishment is extremely clean and well organized. All cold holding temperature were in the safety zone during the inspection. In-use utensils are washed, rinsed and sanitized every 2 hrs - set by timer. Terminex, a licensed pest control operator services this facility monthly. No pest activity observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
