Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and well organized. All hot foods prepared at Swartz Creek Middle School and Transported in Wittco hot holding units. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. Proper glove use and hair restraints observed. Proper date marking procedures in place. No violations to report at this time.
