This was a routine inspection. Food is from an approved source. Observed approved sanitizers. If there is a third repeat of violations 5-205.11 upon next routine inspection, an office conference shall be held at GCHD along with the associated fees due to noncompliance of the 2009 Food Code. Facility is planning to add an additional handsink in the backroom. PIC shall contact GCHD BEFORE installation to complete and submit remodel paperwork along with the remodel fee of $400.00.
