Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and organized. Proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints observed throughout the inspection. Proper date marking procedures in place. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. All foods being held under time as a control are under the 4 hour mark and are under 70 degrees fahrenheit. No violations to report at this time. |
