| This was a routine inspection of the facility. Observed proper handwashing and glove use. All cold/hot holding temperatures are in the safety zone. Facility is very clean and well organized. Food manager certification has recently expired. A follow up inspection for violation FL 289.2129 food manager certification will be conducted on no later than 90 days of routine inspection. If violation FL 289.2129 is not corrected during follow up inspection, a $104 fine shall be charged.
