Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed several boxes of cole slaw being stored directly on the floor in the WIC.
Store all food items 6 inches above the floor. .

4-501.114 / MANUAL AND MECHANICAL WAREWASHING EQUIPMENT - SANITIZER NOT BEING USED PER MANUFACTURER
Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed the sanitizer concentration for quat in the 3 compartment sink is at 0 ppm. Employee filled the sink with plain water.
Put sanitizer in the sanitizer compartment of the 3 compartment sink. Use test strips to measure proper sanitizer concentration and adjust the concentration accordingly.
Action Taken: Employee placed sanitizer in the sink to be at the correct concentration per test strips.

6-301.12 / HAND DRYING PROVISION
Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Observed no paper towel available at handsink for hand drying.
Provide single-use toweling at handsink to facilitate proper handwashing.
Action Taken: PIC placed paper towel at above noted hand sink.

6-501.12 / CLEANING, FREQUENCY AND RESTRICTIONS
Core Item Observed the floor under the fryers to be heavily soiled with grease and food debris.
Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to keep them clean. Correct By: 29-Dec-2023
Comments
