5-205.11 / USING A HANDWASHING SINK
Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Handsink located near the front of house is being used as a dump sink for beverages and ice during inspection and is unavailable for proper handwashing.
Train food employees that handwashing sinks shall not be used for any other purpose than handwashing.
Action Taken: PIC removed ice from handsink.

5-205.15 (A) / SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR (REPAIRED)
Priority Item Observed all four handsinks, two located in the kitchen, one in the men's bathroom, and one in the women's bathroom, with a temperature ranging between 70 F to 80 F at time of inspection. Observed temperature of 3-compartment sink exceeding 130 F at time of inspection. A work call was placed prior per PIC. Work call is still pending per PIC.
Repair the plumbing system to conform to the LAW. A follow-up shall occur no later than 30 days. Employees shall follow-up with hand sanitizer after washing hands. Correct By: 05-Jan-2024
Comments
This was a routine inspection. Facility is clean and organized. Observed an approved sanitizer. Observed an approved food source.

Upon arrival, observed all four hand sinks in the establishment with a temperature between 70 F to 80 F. Observed the temperature of the 3-compartment exceeding 130 F.

A work call was placed and is still pending per PIC.

PIC shall provide service invoice no later than 12/19/23 to GCHD regarding the repair of the hand sinks or proof that the establishment is in need of a new water heater.

PIC shall repair handsinks no later than 30 days for violation 5-202.12.
