The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is extremely clean and organized. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Employee health policy is in place. No heating, re-heating or hot holding being done at this facility. Facility is now on a reduced inspection frequency of once every 12 months.
