There were NO violations observed during the routine inspection. -- All cooking, cold and hot holding temperatures were outside of the danger zone. -- The facility was clean and well organized at the time of the inspection. -- Employees observed washing hands adequately, and wearing gloves and hair restraints. -- Proper date-marking, and air-drying procedures observed during the inspection.
