This is a routine inspection for this facility. All hot and cold holding temperatures were outside the danger zone. This is a serving site only. Food is provided by Dieck Elementary (Swartz Creek Community Schools). Facility is clean and organized. NO VIOLATIONS TO REPORT AT THIS TIME.
