To prevent cross contamination, relocate noted item on a bottom shelf away from raw food and RTE foods.
Action Taken: PIC relocated noted item to a separate shelving unit at the very bottom shelf in WIC.

Store wiping cloths in container of sanitizer solution when not in use.

This was a routine inspection. PIC is knowledgeable of duties. Facility is very clean and organized. Observed proper hot and cold holding temperatures.
