Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed an open pack of raw bacon stored directly on top of lettuce and cheese on the bottom shelf of reach in cooler next to burger grill.
To prevent cross contamination, relocate pack of bacon to the botttom shelf. Relocate lettuce and cheese to the top shelf
Action Taken: Employee relocated above noted items properly to avoid cross contamination.

Comments
