Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed TCS foods being stored in the cold table with an ambient air temperature of 60F. All TCS foods were still in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F
Action Taken: Employee moved all TCS foods into the cook reach in cooler for proper cold holding.

4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION
Core Item Observed an ambient air temperature of 60F in the cold table located in the kitchen.
Repair cold table so that it shall properly cold hold TCS foods. Correct By: 02-Sep-2022

Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed pesticide spray bottles being stored above the clean side of the 3 compartment Sink
Rearrange area so that toxic materials are stored below or away from food, equipment and single service items.
Action Taken: Employee relocated the pesticides.

7-202.11 / RESTRICTION
Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Observed Dichlorvos pest strip hanging above the kitchen hand sink.
Remove unapproved toxic chemicals from premise.
Action Taken: Employee discarded the illegal pest strip.

Comments
The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

Facility is clean and well organized.
All foods are from an approved source.
Proper personal hygiene practices observed.
Employee demonstrated proper heating and cooling temperatures and methods.
Sanitizer is proper per manufacturer.

A follow up shall occur no more than 10 days from date of inspection.
