The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

Facility is clean and well organized.
All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
Observed proper hand washing and glove use while handling ready to eat foods.
All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination.
Employee demonstrated proper reheating methods and temperatures via microwave oven.
Observed proper thawing via refrigeration.
Sanitizer concentration is proper per manufacturer.
Employee health policy is in place.
Observed active managerial control via cleaning check lists and temperature monitoring.

There are no violations to cite and there is no need for a follow up at this time.
