This facility is extremely clean and maintained. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper hair restraints and food handling techniques observed. Food is prepared and cooked at middle school, delivered in hot boxes and held hot in warmers. There are no violations to report at this time. Server error; lost inspection after entering.
