Repair dish machine to manufacturer's specifications. Correct By: 22-Dec-2022 Action Taken: The dish machine has been repaired and working per manufacturer specifications.
6-501.12/CLEANING, FREQUENCY AND RESTRICTIONS Repeat x2 Observed excessive dust build up on the fan. Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to keep them clean. Correct By: 16-Dec-2022 Action Taken: Facility has been cleaned.

This is a follow up inspection for violation 4-501.114 Dishwasher has been repaired and is working per manufacturer specifications. Violations 4-501.114 and 6-501.12 have been corrected.
