--Today is a routine inspection of the facility. --The facility is clean and organized. --Proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints observed throughout the inspection. --Proper date marking procedures in place. --All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. --All foods being held under time as a control are under the 4 hour mark and are under 70 degrees fahrenheit. NO VIOLATIONS TO REPORT AT THIS TIME. |
