Today's inspection was performed during Mother's Day breakfast. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper glove use, hair restraints, and food handling techniques observed. ABC Pest Control, a licensed operator, services this facility monthly. No pest activity observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
