This is a routine inspection. At this time, proper hand washing, hair restraints, and glove use were observed. All hot and cold holding temperatures were within the safety zone. PIC is knowledgeable about proper food procedures. Proper thawing was observed in the WIC. Reheating is conducted in the microwave. Orkin Pest control services the facility monthly. This facility is extremely clean and well maintained. No violations at this time.
