This establishment is extremely clean and organized., All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper hand washing techniques, hair restraints and food handling techniques observed. Hot food is prepared and cooked at middle school, delivered in hot boxes and held hot in warmers. There are no violations to report at this time.
