Todays inspection was a pre-opening inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your Area Sanitarian at 810-257-3603. All cold holding equipment was found maintaining safe temperatures of 41 degrees and below. Sanitizer and chlorine test strips are available. A copy of the menu has been provided for the file. SOP's were found as submitted in the application packet.
