The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. COVID-19 health policy is in place. Facility is clean and organized. Observed excellent hygiene practices. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. All food is pre-cooked, no cook off temperatures or manufacture re-heat for hot holding necessary.
