The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Covid-19 health policy is in place and executed per MDHHS Health Orders. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Observed excellent personal hygiene practices. Person in charge demonstrated knowledge of proper heating, cooling and re-heating for hot holding methods and temperatures. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used. All food is from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination.
