Cutting boards on the cold top reach-in cooler are visibly soiled.
Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition. Correct By: 25-Feb-2017 Action Taken: The cutting boards are clean to sight and touch during the inspection.
4-601.11 (B-C)/EQUIPMENT, NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES, AND UTENSILS
Non-food contact surfaces of the interiors of reach-in coolers and freezers are soiled with food debris.
Clean and remove dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris from all non-food contact surfaces of equipment. Correct By: 25-Feb-2017 Action Taken: The interiors of all coolers have been cleaned upon arrival for the inspection; continue to maintain clean coolers.

Bleach used in the food establishment must be approved.
Use sanitizers approved. Correct By: 27-Feb-2017 Action Taken: An approved bleach is now available for use.
6-501.12/CLEANING, FREQUENCY AND RESTRICTIONS
The floors under and behind equipment throughout kitchen area have an accumulation of food debris.
Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to keep them clean. Correct By: 27-Feb-2017 Action Taken: The floors under and behind equipment in majority of facility are now clean; continue to clean floors under and behind equipment throughtout kitchen on a frequent basis.

All previous priority and priority foundation violations have been corrected.
