Priority Item Corrected During Inspection TCS foods located in countertop cold top reach in and Prep Line Cold Top have an average temperature of 48 degrees. TCS foods were out of temp for a hour and a half according to Manager. These foods were not in disposition.
Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F
Action Taken: Manager time stamped TCS foods to be discarded in 2.5 hours. Manager also contacted Sherman's Heating and Cooling to repair cooler. Correct By: 05-Jul-2018
