Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The sanitizer concentration for quat ammonia in the three compartment sink is below 100ppm per test strip.
remix water solution to the proper sanitizer concentration and adjust the concentration accordingly.
Action Taken: employee remixed solution to the proper solution and was shown to use a test strip to test water.
