TODAY'S VISIT IS TO CONDUCT A ROUTINE INSPECTION. THIS FACILITY IS BEING MAINTAINED IN A MANNER THAT IS COMPLIANT WITH THE FOOD CODE. ALTHOUGH THE BAR IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS THERE IS NO FOOD BEING PREPARED. THE MENU CONSISTS OF PIZZA, FRIED FOODS, AND SUBS/SANDWICHES. THE BAR FLOOR HAS BEEN PAINTED AND IS EASILY CLEANABLE. |
