Priority Item Observed raw beef in 2 drawer RIC being cold held at 58°F. Cooler had been unplugged 2 hours prior per operator.
Relocate beef to WIC to maintain at 41 degrees. Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F
Action Taken: PIC relocated beef to WIC to maintain 41 degrees. They also plugged in RIC to be holding at 41 degrees.

4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION
Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed 2 drawer beef RIC next to fryer to have an ambient temperature of 62 ddegrees. Unit had been unplugged 2 hours prior per operator. Beef inside was cold hlding at 58 degrees.
Plug in RIC. Maintain equipment in good repair.
Action Taken: PIC plugged in RIC to have an ambient air temperature of 41 degrees.

Comments
This was a routine inspection. Facility was clean and organized. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Proper personal hygiene practices were observed.
