Regarding previously cited violations: 6-301.12 Hand Washing Provision was corrected as required. The only violations cited today were core violations. Correct the violations as noted in the report. Notes: A health policy is in place. Cooling/Reheating procedures are in place. All food temperatures were found in compliance. |
