Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. Notes: Proper thawing procedures were observed. Proper hand washing procedures were observed. Date Marking procedures were found in compliance. Food temperatures were found in compliance. A health policy is in place and is enforced. Sanitizer levels were found in compliance. There are no violations to report at this time.
