Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. Proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints observed. Temperature logs maintained daily on all equipment and prepared foods. Hot foods prepared at the middle school and transported via hot holding unit. No violations to report at this time. Please contact your sanitarian, with any questions or concerns.
