Action Taken: Manager discarded fish dip batter.

Priority Item Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed copper mugs available to use for making moscow mules.
Stop using copper mugs immediately. Mugs shall be stainless steel line in approved food safe material.
Action Taken: Unapproved mugs were removed from bar area.

Action Taken: Manager replaced empty container immediately

Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed utensils being stored handle down; clean glasses were stacked and touched with bare hands contacting surface for drinking.
Store utensils properly handle down; distribute glasses in rack for storage at bar area.
Action Taken: Manager used gloves and re-arranged utensils properly. Glasses will be carried in racks not stacked.
