This was a routine inspection. The facility was clean and organized. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Employee demonstrated proper heating and holding temperatures. Proper personal hygiene practices were observed including hand washing, hair restraints, and glove use while handling ready to eat foods. Proper date marking was observed. Sanitizer was proper per manufacturer specifications. No violations were cited at this time and no follow up is necessary.
