The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. COVID19 health policy is in place. Facility is clean and well organized. Observed proper handwashing and glove use. Rose pest control was on site at the time of inspection, no signs of pests. All cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
