The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. All foods from an approved source. Sanitizer concentration is proper. Violation 4-501.11 has been corrected since previous inspection. There are no violations and no need for a follow up at this time.
