Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report please contact your Area Sanitarian at 810-257-3848. The PIC has demonstrated his knowledge of the food code effectively. Notes: This kitchen is clean and well maintained. Proper hair restraints are in use. Proper hand washing was observed. Cooling and reheating procedures were found in compliance. There are no violations to report at this time. |
