This was a routine inspection. The facility is clean and well maintained. Observed proper handwashing and glove use. Sanitizer amount on 3 compartment sink was correct standard. All cold holding temperature were in the safety zone. The PIC demonstrated enough skill for food safety; employee illness policy, proper thawing of frozen sausage. No violations observed and no follow up is required. |
