Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The meat slicer was found not being properly cleaned. Observed excessive food debris on the meat slicer blade, dock and holding device
Properly clean the meat slicer after each use.
Action Taken: Staff deep cleaned the meat slicer and removed all debris and cleaned the blade.

Comments
This was a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was overall clean and well organized. Staff was observed using proper hand washing and gloves. All active hot and cold holding temperatures were observed in the safety zone.
