4-601.11 (A) / EQUIPMENT, FOOD CONTACT SURFACES, AND UTENSILS Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Observed food grinder and can opener heavily soiled with food debris.. Thoroughly clean the food grinder and can opener after usage.. Action Taken: PIC removed equipment to be thoroughly cleaned.
