Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The following cold potentially hazardous foods in cold tables not being cold held at 41°F or lower - frontline - 8 teriyaki chicken strip trays of 3.25 oz each, 2 @ 45 deg, 2 @ 46 deg, 1 @ 48 deg, 2@ 50 deg, & 1 @ 53 deg (all temps are deg F; 5 buffalo chicken strip trays of 3.0 oz each, 1 @ 48 deg, 2 @ 52 deg, & 2 # 53 deg; 2 trays of regular chicken strips of 2.5 oz each @ 46 & 48 deg; 1 lb of roast beef @ 47 deg; in the driveup coldtop, 2.5 oz tray of steak @ 45 deg F.
Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F. Dispose of all foods listed above. Do not pile foods above the "fill" line in the coldtop units. Correct By: 05-Aug-2013

Priority Item Repeat Rodent bait not stored in a covered tamper resistant bait station. There is open "Talon-G" bait in the basement on the ledge on the right. No open bait of any kind is allowed.

AUTUMN WAS THE PIC AT A ROUTINE OPERATIONAL EVALUATION CONDUCTED TODAY. TWO (2) PRIORITY VIOLATIONS WERE CITED, ONE OF WHICH IS A REPEAT & ONE OF WHICH WAS CORRECTED DURING THE EVALUATION. ADDITIONALLY, THE PIC IS GOING TO HAVE THE SANDWICH COLDTOP EVALUATED FOR EVENNESS OF DISTRIBUTION OF TEMPERATURE, AS IT APPEARS THAT THE WEST END IS COLDER THAN THE EAST.
THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXCEPT FOR THE BASEMENT, WAS FOUND TO BE EXTREMELY CLEAN & NEAT, WITH GOOD PRACTICES & PROCEDURES KNOWN & OBSERVED TO BE IN USE.
A HEALTH POLICY CONTINUES IN EFFECT.
THE UPSTAIRS AREA IS LOCKED & WAS NOT CHECKED.
