This was a routine inspection. The facility was extremely clean and organized. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Employee demonstrated proper heating and holding temperatures. Proper hand washing, hair restraints and glove use were observed. Sanitizer was proper per manufacturer specs.
